Here we can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief, trauma, transitions and healing.  

Healing and transitioning can be challenging, yet achieved with consistency, therapeutic support, care and grace.  Here, I am dedicated to providing you with both care and treatment  that includes professionalism, sincerity, dedication and skill. Catering to all ages, all generations and cultures, especially children, teens, WOC & LGBTQ+. Remote and in office services offered with hypoallergenic therapy pet, Toodoo. Here I will hold space for you and support you in your journey; being handled and held with care while being held accountable. Together we will work on self-awareness, repairing your relationship primarily with self, addressing your inner struggles/strengths, while building the necessary tools to feel, deal, heal, energize and thrive. Here you will find a neutral, nonjudgemental safe space that hears/listens to your concerns and customizes your treatment plan. This plan can include services consisting of a variety of therapy modalities and or medication management.
